While driving to work this morning I looked to my right and there on the side of the highway were four enormous turkeys! I think I may have squealed – I’ve never seen wild turkeys before! Too bad it was incredibly busy and I couldn’t take a picture.

Wild turkeys. Wow, I’ve never seen that either. I just moved to Seattle a few months ago; since then, I’ve seen my first live raccoon. A real raccoon, lol! So I definitely feel your elation. I even have ducks that live in the lawn behind the building next to me. Fancy that, ducks for neighbors. Have an awesome day!
I love having so much wildlife around – the deer in the neighborhood that eat from the birdfeeders, canadian geese everywhere… it’s fantastic.
